More and more often our customers are faced with the requirement to work under clean conditions for a short period of time. For example, inspection tasks have to be carried out that cannot be done under their own given environmental conditions. For such short-term, space-saving tasks, COLANDIS has developed the rental inspection cabin.
With this cabin, a clean environment can be created quickly. Long set-up and dismantling times are unnecessary, just like the purchase of a new, permanent and cost-intensive cleanliness environment. Thanks to its black surfaces and black fan-filter-modules, inspection tasks can be carried out and unwanted light reflections prevented.

Process
The inspection cabin can be used flexibly in (almost) any environment. It is delivered in a transport container. Due to its plug-in connections, the cabin can be set up and put into operation at your site within a short time.
Thanks to the 2 fan-filter-modules, the ambient air is sucked in and brought into the working area. The cleaned air flows horizontally through the work area and exits through a perforated plate below the table surface. Thus, a particle purity class ISO 5 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 can be achieved inside.

Our employees take care of the assembly and disassembly of the rentable inspection cabin. Thanks to the simple concept and experience, this is very quick and uncomplicated. You don't have to worry about anything.
Individuality
The cabin can be set up individually in your environment. It can optionally be supplied with or without an L-shaped table top. In addition, it is possible to rent the COLANDIS magnifying lamp together with the inspection cabin.
